We promise to care, listen and be responsive
Your Rights as a customer
All service users will be given a service user guide, and an explanation will be provided at the commencement of every care that we provide. Our Leadership team will visit you regularly as part of our Keyworker sessions to ensure that your rights as a service user are respected and upheld.
Complaints and Compliments
We hear to listen and understand if you have any concerns or would like to share how our service and care are delivered. We aim to improve and also share the good that our team and organisation does.
Service User Survey
We at Keyworker Staff Supply value everyone's contribution. Each year, we conduct service user surveys to hear about the way we deliver our care and support, and also run our business. Rather than waiting for our bi-annual months to complete a survey, please feel free to complete our client survey. We do look at the survey and will act if any urgent areas need addressing. If you need help with completing this survey, please ask a member of our team.
Suggestions & Escalations
For us to provide better service or other services that we do not offer, we would like to hear from you and your suggestions on the direction you would like us to take. We don't only stop and think about our services, but we would like to act as your voice in the care and support that you receive. Please feel free to share, and we will be happy to share your voice within or externally so that you are heard. We will promise to provide feedback on anything that you feel might help with the services you are receiving from us, the Local Authority, regulatory bodies or the government.
